I have a background in software development, which allows me to engage deeply with technical systems, understand implementation trade-offs, and collaborate effectively with engineering teams. I’ve worked on products spanning Fintech, Digital agencies, ERP systems, Construction technology, Maritime, Not-for-profit platforms, and EdTech, collectively impacting over 1 million users. I specialise in operating where complexity is high-fragmented processes, legacy systems, regulatory constraints, and multiple stakeholder groups and turning that complexity into clear, scalable, and outcome-driven products.

A defining part of my work is my strong use of data and metrics. I make product decisions grounded in evidence, using quantitative data, qualitative insights, and clearly defined success measures to guide prioritisation, validate assumptions, and track impact.

My keen interest in business operations and organisational effectiveness inspired me to pursue a Master’s degree at the Glasgow School of Business & Society, where I strengthened my understanding of strategy, operations, leadership, and how technology enables sustainable business outcomes.
