Hi! I'm Eche, and I'm a technical product manager. I'm based in London, and at the moment I'm working on products in payments, AI, data and security at the Port of Dover, the UK's busiest international ferry port.
With a background in computer science and a childhood spent around small businesses, my aim is simple: build products that solve everyday problems, and use AI and data to help businesses work smarter, spot what's coming and make better decisions.
Outside of work, you'll find me at the gym, watching wrestling or movies at home, or spending time with my friends.

How I work
Think like an engineer. Lead like a human.
Colleagues call me the engineer whisperer. I speak engineering's language, and I adapt how I lead to the person in front of me.
Metrics are a compass, not a destination.
Data informs my decisions; it doesn't make them for me. The best calls combine what the numbers show with what people in the room reveal.
Complexity is a design problem.
Regulation, legacy systems and competing stakeholders aren't obstacles to product work. They're the problem to solve.
The best room is one where everyone speaks.
Products are better when engineers, customers and colleagues in finance, security and legal help shape them.
Mentorship
Outside my day job, I founded Bonded by Tech (opens in a new tab) to help young Africans gain technical skills for the digital age. Our mission is to empower 1.5 million young professionals by 2030 through partnerships, mentorship, scholarships, training and workshops.
